  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Bake at 350° until brown, cool.

    Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Cool Whip and vanilla and spread over crust mixture.

    Mix pudding mixes with milk.

    Spread over the cream cheese mixture.

    Cover the top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
