  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Mirin Sake
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Heat the oil in wok or frypan. Stir-fry onion and chicken until meat is cooked (5 minutes).
