- 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1 onion
- 3 small green peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- sage to taste
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 pkg. McCormick chili seasonings
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. corned beef brisket
- 1 bottle stout ale
- 1 can kidney beans
Directions

1Cook brisket 3 hours.

2Grind brisket, peppers, onion and garlic using meat grinder.

3Brown in a 5-quart Dutch oven.

4Add sage to taste, chili seasonings, stout and tomatoes.

5Puree in food processor.

6Add to meat.

7Cook in oven covered 20 minutes.

8Remove cover and add beans and let cool.

9Reheat to serve.
