  • 2 c. farfel
  • 4 c. hot water
  • 3 Tbsp. melted fat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

    Scald farfel with water.

    Add fat, salt and pepper and eggs.

    Fold together.

    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan preheated with 3 to 4 tablespoons fat.
