- 4 c. Matzoh farfel
- 2 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 c. raisins
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- dash of salt
Directions

1In large bowl, mix beaten eggs, sugar, butter and salt.

2Hold aside apples and raisins. Place farfel in strainer and run cold water over it.

3Fold farfel mixture into egg mixture.

4Place one layer of farfel mixture in pan that has been greased (rectangular pan is best), then one layer of apples and raisins.

5The rest of farfel.

6Dot with butter, bake at 350° for 1/2 to 3/4 hours.
