  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 12 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee, diluted in 1 c. boiling water

    Mix well the first 5 ingredients.

    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and cold water.

    Add coffee mixture last and mix well.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
