Fast Avocado Salsa

- 1 small ripe avocado, peeled,chopped finely
- 1 medium tomatoes, cored,seeds squeezed out
- 12 cup chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot for your taste)
- 1 small Spanish onion, coursely chopped into chunks
- 12 lime, juice of (optional)
Directions

1Chop avacado.

2Core tomato, cut in half, squeeze out seeds, discard seeds and chop remaining tomato.

3Chop spanish onion.

4Combine chopped avocado, tomato, onion and add salsa.

5Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

6If you are going to do salsa ahead more than 30 minutes, squeeze the juice of half a lime to prevent avocado from turning brown.

7Best eaten the same day as avocado darkens, but still tastes great!

8Put on top of grilled burgers.
