Ingredients: 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli chopped/florets; 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted; 2 c. cubed cooked chicken; 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded; 1 c. mayonnaise; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs; 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 1 min, drain. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish; top with chicken. Combine soup, mayo and lemon juice. Spread over the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine the bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over the top. Bake uncovered at 325 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
