- 4 c. Italian prunes, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Combine prunes, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon and orange peel.

2Mix well.

3Put mixture in an 8-inch round pan.

4Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over the prunes. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
