Fast Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
- 4 oz. cheese, shredded (Swiss, Cheddar or whatever)
- 6 to 7 slices crisp, crumbled bacon (or chopped ham)
- a few sauteed mushrooms (if you have them)
- 4 unbeaten eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. nonfat milk
Directions

1Butter a 10-inch pie plate or a regular-size quiche pan.

2In it sprinkle the first 3 ingredients.

3In blender, put last 7 ingredients.

4Blend it all for one minute.

5Pour over the ingredients in the pie plate and bake for 35 minutes at 350°, if you use a metal pie plate.

6If you use a glass pie plate, cook a little bit longer.

7Let stand three or four minutes before serving.
