Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 rib chopped celery
- 1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- spaghetti (enough for 3 or 4 people)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 c. dried mint
Directions

1Heat and saute onion, celery and green pepper in oil.

2Add chopped tomatoes and spaghetti.

3Add remaining ingredients and any other spices you like.

4Stir well.

5Cover and cook over low flame about 30 minutes.

6Add water as necessary until spaghetti is al dente.

7Serve with grated cheese, Italian bread and a salad.
