  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 Tbls Sugar
  • 1/8 cup veg oil
  • 3-4 cups flour

Directions

    Mix the yeast in water, add the sugar and oil. Add half of the flour and mix. Add the remaining flour and knead for about 5 mins until smooth, dough will be tacky. Shape into loaves and put into greased (using shortening) bread pans. Let rise 2 hours or until double in size. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins, should be lightly brown on top and bottom.
