- 70 grams Unsalted butter
- 1 Egg white
- 1 1/2 tbsp Honey
Directions

1Put butter in a large bowl, and microwave for 20 ~ 30 seconds.

2When it has softened, mix well with a whisk until white and smooth.

3Whip the egg white and make a stiff meringue (until stiff peaks form.)

4Add honey to a heatproof dish, and microwave for about 30 seconds.

5When it starts to bubble, it's ready.

6Drizzle in the honey little by little like a thread into the Step 2 meringue, and continue mixing.

7When you have finished adding it all, whip some more to make the meringue mixture shiny and stiff.

8Add Step 4 meringue into Step 1 butter in several batches, mix well, then it's done.

9Tip: Add a small amount of meringue, and mix well, then repeat.
