- 1/2 cup corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water

2Sautee sliced mushrooms in 1/4 cup olive oil

3heat tomato juice until it starts to boil. Add the corn starch and bring to boil. Add the sauteed garlic and onions and oil mixture. Add the sauteed mushrooms and olive oil. Heat for additional 5 mins
