  • 4 medium green apples
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of salt

    Pan-fry fat back.

    Drain oil, except for approximately 1 teaspoon.

    Add sliced or chopped apples.

    Sprinkle sugar, salt and other seasonings to taste.
