- 3/4 c. applesauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
- 1 c. raspberry jam
Directions

1Cream applesauce and brown sugar.

2Combine flour, soda, salt and oats; stir into creamed mixture.

3Press half of mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Spread jam on crust and spread remaining mixture on top.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
