  • 8 Strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 T. Flaxseed meal
  • 1 T. Natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 t. Honey
  • 1/2 t. Vanilla extract
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • Choose 1, none, or both:
  • 1 t. Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 t. ground cinnamon
