- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/3 c. crushed Corn Chex
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed, or 1 to 1 1/2 c. canned peas
- 2 lb. tiny new potatoes, cooked and peeled
Directions

1Combine butter and onion powder in skillet over low heat.

2Stir in cereal until coated; set aside.

3Combine soup with milk, salt and Tabasco sauce in bowl; blend well.

4Stir in mushrooms, peas and potatoes.

5Pour into 2-quart buttered baking dish.

6Top with crumbs.

7Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
