  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 c. water
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 c. milk
  • marshmallows (optional)

Directions

    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in a large Dutch oven; mix well. Slowly stir in water; bring to a boil. Add milk; cook until thoroughly heated. Place marshmallows in individual cups, if desired; fill cups with hot chocolate.
