Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
- 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water.

2Let stand until foamy.

3Mix in salt, milk and 3 1/2 cups flour.

4Mix until thoroughly blended.

5Add oil and gradually blend in enough flour to make a soft dough.

6Knead 10 minutes.

7Shape into ball and place in greased bowl.

8Let rise until double in size.

9Punch down and make into 2 loaves or 9 x 13-inch pan of rolls.

10Let rise again.

11Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.

12Will sound hollow when tapped.
