- 6 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- 1 lemon
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the fennel seeds and cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic, stirring so garlic doesn't burn, and cook for 1 minute.

2Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pan and stir, cooking for another minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.
