  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 30 Eggs (small)
  • 2 quart Heavy Cream
  • 3 tablespoon Nutmeg
  • 8 ounce Rum
  • 8 ounce Brandy

    Separate eggs.

    Whip 1 quart of cream. Set aside.

    Whip yolks with 1/2 cup of Sugar, Nutmeg until creamy. Add Brandy and Rum.

    Whip Egg Whites with remaining sugar until thick.

    Mix whipped cream, remaining cream with egg whites.

    Add yolk mixture to cream and whites.

    Chill and serve.
