- 1 cup Sugar
- 30 Eggs (small)
- 2 quart Heavy Cream
- 3 tablespoon Nutmeg
- 8 ounce Rum
- 8 ounce Brandy
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Whip 1 quart of cream. Set aside.

3Whip yolks with 1/2 cup of Sugar, Nutmeg until creamy. Add Brandy and Rum.

4Whip Egg Whites with remaining sugar until thick.

5Mix whipped cream, remaining cream with egg whites.

6Add yolk mixture to cream and whites.

7Chill and serve.
