- 4 c. cauliflower
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder (optional)
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. diced sweet red pepper
- toasted almond slices
Directions

1In covered skillet, in 1/2 inch boiling water, cook cauliflower 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.

2Drain.

3Stir in soup, milk, curry and pepper until smooth.

4Add peas and red pepper.

5Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring often.

6Add cheese last 30 seconds of cooking.

7Top with almonds. Makes 5 cups.
