- 8 bacon strips
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 5 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Wrap 2 bacon strips around each chicken breast; place in a shallow baking dish and set aside.

2In small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients.

3Pour over chicken; turn to coat evenly.

4Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

5Drain and reserve marinade.

6Bake at 325° for 60 minutes or until chicken tests done, basting occasionally with marinade.
