- 4 bacon strips
- 2 chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 to 3 drops hot sauce
Directions

1Wrap 2 bacon strips around each chicken breast; place in a shallow glass baking dish and set aside.

2In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Pour over chicken, turning to coat evenly.

5Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

6Drain and reserve marinade.

7Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally.
