- 1/4 c. diet margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pkg. Louis Kemp crab meat
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 6 oz. cooked fettuccini noodles
Directions

1Cut onion into wedges.

2Cut green pepper into strips.

3Finely chop garlic.

4Melt margarine in a skillet on medium high.

5Saute onion, lemon pepper and garlic 3 minutes; add remaining scampi ingredients and stir 3 minutes.

6Add fettuccini; toss and heat thoroughly.
