• 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
• 1 medium tomato, chopped
• 4 or 5 slices cheese
• 1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 6 eggs
• 1 c. milk
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
