- 2 eggs
- 2 c. water
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury date or nut quick bread mix (use 1 of each, if desired)
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. raisins
- 3 c. candied fruits
- corn syrup
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.

3In a large bowl combine eggs and water. Add remaining ingredients except syrup; stir by hand until combined.

4Pour into prepared pan.

5Bake at 350° for 75 to 85 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

6Cool in pan for 30 minutes.

7Loosen edges and remove from pan.

8Cool completely.

9Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.

10Glaze with warm corn syrup before serving.

11Decorate with additional fruit and nuts.
