  • 8 ounces cream cheese packaged cream cheese
  • 12 ounces herring 1 Jar of Marinated Herring in Wine Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons italian parsley fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed, fresh minced
  • 1 dash red hot pepper sauce Toabasco sauce

Directions

    Drain, discard sauce and onions, cut pieces into quarters.

    Blend ingredients with food processor in order given.

    Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to combine.

    Serve with toasted French bread, rye bread or crackers of your choice.
