- 1 pkg. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 4 or 5 drops peppermint flavoring or to taste
- food coloring
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

2Beat at high speed of electric mixer until well blended.

3Knead until smooth. Shape mints into rubber candy molds and place on paper towel covered baking sheet. Cover with another paper towel and let stand overnight to harden.

4Yields 8 1/2 to 9 dozen mints.
