Ingredients

  • 4 c. onions, sliced
  • 2 to 3 eggs (I use 3)
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. whipping cream or half and half
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Saute onions in butter until transparent.

    Put into a baking dish.

    Beat eggs until they are light.

    Mix in cream and a dash of salt and pepper.

    Pour this mixture over onions.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes in a 425° oven.
