Festive Seven Layer Dip

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix (1 Oz. Packet)
  • 2 bunches Green Shallots
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1/2 cups Pitted Black Olives
  • 2 cans Frito's Bean Dip (9 Oz. Can)
  • 16 ounces, weight Prepared Guacamole
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (Monterey Blend Or Cheddar)

Directions

    Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning packet together in a bowl and blend together.

    Cut the shallots, tomato and olives into small pieces.

    Spread the bean dip on your serving platter as the base layer.

    On top of the bean dip spread the sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning combination.

    Spread the guacamole on top of the bean dip as the next layer.

    Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the guacamole.

    Your last three layers will be the shallots, tomatoes and olives.
