  • 1 1/4 cups greek yogurt unflavored
  • 6 3/4 tablespoons milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 7/8 cup margarine melted
  • 2 cups feta cheese grated or crumbled
  • 1 1/3 cups cheese any easily melted, for instance, Havarti or cheddar
  • 1 handful fresh mint diced
  • ground black pepper

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Line a 15-centimeter by 25-centimeter baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with margarine.

    Whisk together the eggs, yogurt, and milk until well combined.

    Sift the flour and baking powder into the first mixture and combine with a spatula.
