  • 1 cup Half-and-half
  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces, weight Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • Salt And Pepper

    Cut potatoes into chunks and bring to a boil in salted water. Simmer until tender, then drain and return potatoes to the pan over medium heat. Add half-and-half and butter. Mash well and stir in feta, salt and pepper.
