Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. fine noodles (I use 12 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. frozen or fresh spinach (I use 2 pkg.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese, grated (I use less than 1 lb.)
  • 1 cube or stick oleo
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped, sauteed in oleo

Directions

    Mix in spinach, sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add this to cooked and drained noodles.

    Add Jack cheese but save a little for top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Salt to taste.
