- 1 (10 ounce) package fettuccine pasta (fresh or dry)
- 1 cup table cream (10%)
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Prepare noodles following the package directions.

2Drain pasta, saving some of the pasta water, keep hot.

3In a separate pan, combine the butter, cheese, milk, salt and pepper and heat, but do not boil.

4(This can also be done in the microwave).

5Toss the hot noodles with the cheese mixture and fresh parsley to coat well.

6Add some of the reserved pasta water if mixture is too thick.

7Serve immediately, adding more grated cheese if desired.
