- 12 oz. pkg. fettuccini
- 1/2 c. soft margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, warmed to room temperature
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook fettuccini according to package directions.

2Drain well and place in a warm serving dish large enough for tossing.

3Add margarine, cream and Parmesan and parsley and toss until fettuccini is well coated.

4Salt and pepper to taste.
