- 4 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- grating from peel of 1 lemon
- 1 heaping Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Beat egg yolks and egg until light.

2Add sugar gradually and continue beating.

3Add corn meal and blend thoroughly.

4Add cream and butter, mixing well and finally the grated lemon peel.

5Bake in 350° oven for about 45 minutes.

6This will make 8 tarts or a 9-inch pie.
