  • Fettuccini Pasta, for 3, cooked to al dente, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Stir fried red pepper and shrimp with lots of garlic
  • OR Chicken breast slivers, stir fried.

Directions

    Toss the drained Fettuccini with the butter, add the parm cheese, cream, pepper, and reserved 1/4 cup hot pasta water. Toss till cheese is melted.

    Add the stir-fried vegies and shrimp or chicken.
