  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
  • 1 can chunky fruit
  • 1 bottle cherries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. coarsely mashed, cooked carrots
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Drain fruit, reserving 6 tablespoons pineapple juice.

    Combine sugar and flour.

    Add reserved juice.

    Add cheese, fruit and carrots. Mix well. Place in oblong baking dish.
