  • 2 lb fresh fettuccini pasta
  • 1 pints heavy cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 salt & pepper

Directions

    Boil pasta to aldente in salted water
  2. 2
    Add heavy cream, egg yolks & butter to sauce pan break & stir in the egg yolks & add salt & then turn on the heat to a medium flame.

    Stir occasionally & when sauce thickens & before it starts to boil turn off heat

    Turn the heat on to low & add the cheese & pasta & mix & let cook for a minute

    Plate, eat & enjoy
