  • 500 g fettuccine pasta, cooked
  • 1 (440 g) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced thinly
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 g mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Heat olive oil in a small pan.

    Add onion, zucchini, and oinion, and cook until tender.

    Transfer to a large bowl, and add fettucini, tomatoes, mushrooms, and oregano.

    Stir gently to combine.

    Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheeses and bake at 180C for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starting to browm.
