  • 1 box (12 oz.) Skinner fettucini
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 c. whipping cream at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook fettucini according to directions.

    Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.

    Add butter, whipping cream, grated cheese and parsley; toss until fettucini is well coated.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
