Ingredients
- 8 oz. fettucini, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. butter
- 8 oz. cooked julienned ham
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 4 oz. sliced canned mushrooms
- 1 c. half and half (or 40% heavy cream)
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine fettucini, butter, ham and mushrooms in a saucepan. Beat half and half, egg, nutmeg and pepper until foamy.

2Add to fettucini mixture and stir.

3Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Heat slowly until thickened.

4Serve on plates and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
