  • 12 cup frozen fruit
  • 6 ounces nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup light soymilk or 1 cup light chocolate soymilk
  • 14 cup fiber one original cereal

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a blender.

    Blend on high until all fruit is incorporated and drink reaches smoothie consistency.

    If drink is too thick, add another splash of soy milk and stir before serving.
