- 12 cup frozen fruit
- 6 ounces nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup light soymilk or 1 cup light chocolate soymilk
- 14 cup fiber one original cereal
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a blender.

2Blend on high until all fruit is incorporated and drink reaches smoothie consistency.

3If drink is too thick, add another splash of soy milk and stir before serving.
