- 1 medium onion
- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- butter
- 1 qt. fiddleheads
Directions

1Saute together the onion, chopped bacon and mushrooms.

2Boil 1 quart of fiddleheads until tender (about 15 minutes).

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 cup bread crumbs.

5Dot with butter.

6Bake until brown in a 350° oven.
