  • 1-1/2 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups strawberries, crushed
  • 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 2 pkg. (85-g each) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), washed and thoroughly dried

    Mix crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.

    Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.

    Stir in crushed strawberries and Cool Whip.

    Spread over crust.

    Prepare jelly powder as directed on package for Quick Set Method.
