  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups (14 ounces) frozen OBrien potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar salsa
  • 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, quartered diagonally
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until browned.

    Drain off fat.

    Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.

    Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
