Name: Fiesta Casserole
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 chopped onion; 1 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 Tbsp. chili powder; 6 corn tortillas, buttered; 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese; 1 small can chopped ripe olives; 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce; 1 c. water

1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
6 corn tortillas, buttered
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water

Directions

Brown meat, onion and seasonings until crumbly.

In a round casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, olives and cheese.

Pour tomato sauce over top.

Add water.

Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
