  • 2 c. small corn chips
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. guacamole (optional)

Directions

    Place chips on the bottom of a glass casserole dish.

    Scatter the chicken pieces on top of chips.

    Mix soups and chiles together and pour over all.

    Top with tomatoes; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Garnish with sour cream and guacamole before serving.
